This piece was composed during Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 at McGill University in the context of a research-creation project on the role of timbre in the composition and performance of contemporary music with electronics.
In this piece, timbre is used as form-bearing parameter through orchestration techniques. Prerecorded sounds are used to this effect in combination with live processing of the four instruments.
